What is Our Aim in Life?

WHAT IS YOUR AIM IN LIFE? WHAT IS MY AIM IN LIFE?

As Believers in Yeshua, our aim should not be to do good, to serve at church and in our community as witnesses, as examples, for Him.  Our aim should not be to usher on Sabbath mornings, to  work in the nursery, to teach the children, to walk the streets of some foreign city (or our own city) telling others about our Savior.  Our sole aim should be to do the Will of Adonai our Father.  That is the aim of the life of a Believer.  The rest will happen, but our sole aim is to do our Father’s will, to please Him by being a disciple of His Son, our Savior, Yeshua of Nazareth.

Being a disciple, means to imitate our teacher.  Everything we do in His name may be good and useful, but if we are not imitating Him, don’t have an intimate relationship with Him, everything we do is all for naught.

LORD, help me, help my readers, have a close and intimate relationship with You that we my do Your Will in every area of our lives!
